Privacy Policy (Trial Registration)

1. Who we are

Premium Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”) provides Premium CBS / Premium CBS Lite. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected when you register for a free trial.

2. What we collect on trial registration

Organization details you submit (legal name, organization code, registration number, PAN, address, phone, optional email and website).

Admin account details (full name, email, phone, and password — password is used to create your sign-in and is not stored by us in plain text).

Technical metadata needed to record your agreement to our Terms and this Privacy Policy (accepted document versions, time of acceptance, IP address, and browser user-agent).

3. Why we use it

To create your trial tenant and admin login, operate the Service during the trial, communicate about the account, enforce product limits, and keep an audit record that you accepted our Terms.

4. Processors and hosting

We use infrastructure and identity providers (for example cloud hosting and Supabase authentication) to run the Service. Those providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

5. Retention

Trial workspace data is retained for the trial period and may be deleted when the trial ends, is abandoned, or is reset. Acceptance records may be kept longer as evidence of agreement. You should export any data you need before the trial ends.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with processors who help us run the Service, or when required by law.

7. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of registration personal data by contacting info@premiumtech.com.np, subject to legal retention needs (including proof of Terms acceptance).
